Today at STYLEanthropy, I’m sharing with you my Thanksgiving outfit. The long weekend was a much welcomed retreat from all the hustle and bustle I had to endure days prior to the holiday. We had a wonderful feast at our friends’ home. Some of you may have seen it on my snapchat (username styleanthropy). And Black Friday was enjoyed ticking off my Christmas shopping list. I hope you had a wonderful time with your family and friends too. Below is what I wore for the occasion.
There are so many reasons to be thankful for this year. I can honestly say I’m at a time in my life that I’m happy and content despite obstacles along the way. I’m happy and grateful to God for all the blessings He has sent my way. I have an awesome best friend, confidant, partner in everything – my husband. I have a four-legged baby who fills up my heart as I battle endometriosis and infertility. My parents, in-laws, other family members and friends maybe thousands of miles away, but I know they are there for me in thoughts and in prayers as I am there for them. I’m thankful for new friends and family we have here.
I love the direction my blogs have taken me. I’m grateful for all the wonderful opportunities I have received through my blog – most of them I couldn’t afford or wouldn’t have experienced if not for my blogs. It always amazes me when I’m thinking about a certain product that I want or need, and then suddenly I get an email from the brand, wanting to collaborate or send the product to me. That leads me to my Thanksgiving outfit which came from Lattori Designer dresses. It was perfect timing because I was thinking about what to wear on Thanksgiving.
I was recently introduced to the brand and was impressed by the exclusivity and uniqueness of each dress. Lattori Dresses use only the best Italian fabrics and are made with thorough craftsmanship. I browsed through their collection and this abstract yellow and black dress and another pink dress I’ve featured previously, caught my eye. This dress has sold out quickly because of the catchy bold print. It’s also cozy and leaves you enough room to feast. Haha! Perfect for Thanksgiving!
But another reason it’s sold out quickly is because they create very limited collections. That means you’re less likely to come across another person wearing the same thing. If you’re looking for your next holiday party outfit, check out the selection at lattori.com.
I accessorized with this beautiful floral satchel that Elliott Lucca sent me for my most recent New York Fashion Week trip. I thought it was a fun contrast to the abstract print, instead of just keeping it safe with an all black purse.
I completed the look with my favorite quilted over-the-knee boots, delicate necklaces and my new fringe statement earrings. Can you see?
Oh, the wind was trying to hide it! Again, again…
Nope, how about this:
Better? How cute is that tassel/fringe detail in my earrings? Best of all, I got it for $7.99 during H&M’s daily deals prior to Black Friday. I posted it on my Instagram and I hope you were able to snag it before it sold out. Don’t worry, there’s still the purple colored tassel earrings but on a regular price of $12.99. Still not bad!
