Botanical print summer dress, fall transition

Summer Dress to Fall Transition

Today at STYLEanthropy, I’m sharing with you this botanical print summer dress sent to me by Zaful that I styled for a Fall look. If I’m being honest, I thought I had posted this look back in spring. I was trying to look for it on both of my blogs and couldn’t find it! I thought I had already shared this outfit back then. But maybe it was fate because it’s more perfect for a transitional look for fall.

If you’re like me who loves her summer dresses a little too much, you’re probably already making the most out of them while it’s still summer. School has already started and that means cool weather is coming up. Fall season will be here before we know it. And soon, it’s time to say buh-bye to our favorite summer outfits. But you know what? There is hope.

Don’t give up on your summer dresses yet. Even if Fall gets here soon, you can still wear them. Pair them with some tights and booties. Layer them with vests, trench coats, blazers or moto jackets, and you’re ready to say hello to Fall – my favorite season!!!

Of course there are certain dresses that may not work for fall. Take for example, off shoulder ones with puffy sleeves might not be able to fit into moto jackets and blazers. But you may be able to layer it with vests that have big arm holes if it’s not that chilly yet. It all depends on the fabric, style and shape. Just try it on, have fun, and you’ll be able to tell if the dress can transition into fall or not.

WEARING: Botanical print dress c/o Zaful (this print sold out but I found you four different prints in the same shape: 1, 2, 3, 4); Kendra Scott Rayne necklace c/o; Kendra Scott Naomi double ring c/o; Sam and Libby strappy sandals; Chanel sunglasses (get a similar preowned one for half the price); Chanel Boy bag (got the last one at the Chanel Dallas boutique and is usually sold out in other locations but found you a preowned in excellent condition); Alex & Ani bangles; SheIn gold earrings.

STYLEanthropists, what do you think of prolonging your summer dresses ’til Fall? Are there dresses you will definitely keep wearing until the cool weather? If you’re a blogger, share those style posts in the comments below. I’d love to check them out. Xo.
