As some of you may know, I’m well into my 30s. A few years back, I never thought about fine lines, wrinkles, sun spots, or discoloration – let alone laugh lines. But as soon as I hit my 30s, slowly (but surely), these aging signs started to show. Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind aging at all. But I want to age gracefully, ya know? I want to take care of the biggest organ of my body – my skin! So I’d like to keep it healthy and youthful as long as I can. That’s why I decided to take on the Olay 28 Day Challenge!
The Olay 28 Day Challenge
Olay products have been clinically-proven to provide amazing benefits to real women such as younger-looking skin in 28 days, reduced appearance of fine lines, firmer skin, plumped skin, and reduced crow’s feet among many others. Having learned these benefits, I took on the challenge! For the past 28 days, I only used Olay products for my day and night skincare regimen. Remember my post on Instagram when I first told you that I was doing it? The photo below was from Day 1.
My Skincare Regimen
Taking on this Olay 28 Day Challenge, my beauty routine has become simpler and easier. Because let’s be honest, when you’re tired from work, you just want to get to bed faster. Am I right? In fact, sometimes, we tell ourselves we’re just going to nap and do our skincare regimen later. That’s until you wake up and learn it’s already the next day. Been there. Done that. But when you know you only have two things to apply, it’s easy to make that effort and spend a few minutes to take care of your skin before you head to bed. This has been my skincare regimen, morning and evening, for the past 28 days.
1. First apply the Olay Eyes Ultimate Eye Cream.
Follow the instructions on the package, applying it around the eyes and giving extra attention to the corners where wrinkles and crow’s feet usually occur.
2. Next, I apply my Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Cream.
Since I have combination skin, I focus on the dry parts of my face first. I find that the edge or corners of my nose get dry the most. So I start there and then spread the product throughout my face in a circular and upward motion.
Of course, let’s not forget the neck! I once learned from a dermatologist that your face goes all the way to your bust. So make sure to get that product down to your neck and décolletage.
The Olay 28 Day Challenge Results
After 28 days of using these Olay products, I definitely saw the difference in my skin. Lines were reduced. Skin looked more plump and youthful as if it was lifted from dullness! And to think that I haven’t been good at taking care of myself – staying up too late doing work and not hydrating much – this skincare challenge still proved to be effective. In fact, I’m happy with it that I’m still doing the same skincare routine beyond the 28 days. The photo below shows my face after the Olay 28 Day Challenge.
