I don’t know about you, but I love to wear black skinnies this time of the year. Be it in a form of leggings, denim, or leather, it’s my go-to bottom for pairing with sweaters, moto jackets, and anything plaid. I also love how it pairs well with boots in whatever height. So below, I’m sharing this super easy look that I wore on Thanksgiving, and how you can easily recreate it with similar pieces from Rag & Bone Jeans.
Black Skinnies this Fall and Winter
When looking for black skinnies, or any denim for that matter, Rag & Bone Jeans is a great brand to check. Their black skinnies, ranging from denim to leather are all on point. Plus, they are always so well-made and fit so good. I’ve included some of my favorites below.
Thanksgiving Outfit: Sweater and Black Skinnies Pairing
I recently mentioned in this post (and perhaps way too many times before that) that I love a good sweater dress. Fine, fine… technically, the sweater I’m wearing here is not a dress. But it could pass up as one because of the length of the sweater. This is what I wore on Thanksgiving Day. And you guessed it, this chunky, roomy sweater is perfect to hide the Thanksgiving feast!
I love the lace-up detail on the sides of this sweater because it’s showing more of the faux leather skinnies I’m wearing. It’s a nice peek-a-boo style. But instead of the usual lace-up detail being in the neckline, there are two of them on either side. It’s a great way to showcase more of the pants that you’re wearing.
I finished up my look with some OTK boots, a long bomber jacket, cool shades, and a fun Members Only hat! This outfit would look so nice with black OTK boots too. But since I’ve been wearing a lot of black boots lately, I changed it up that day. If you’re looking for new OTK boots this holiday season, I’ve linked my boots and added more options below.
How about you? What’s your favorite bottoms to pair with sweaters? Are you also into black skinny pants like me? Share below and tell me your favorite pair to wear! And if you haven’t followed me on Instagram yet, make sure you do! I’m always posting more photos that I don’t get to share on here. It’s also a great way to keep up with new posts here on Styleanthropy! See you there!
