I don’t know about you, but one of the features of this new Nokia Steel HR activity tracker that caught my attention was the battery! One charge can last up to 25 days. Can you believe that? I’ve had different wearable devices before and none of them can last this long. For me, that’s a HUGE plus because I don’t have to keep on charging in the middle of the day or at night when it’s supposed to be tracking my sleep, heart rate, steps, and activities that I’m doing!
It Tracks All Those
If you were paying attention, then yes, it does automatically recognize if you are walking, running, sleeping, or even swimming – among 10 other activities (dancing, for example). How amazing is that? You don’t have to press a button to tell the tracker that you’re going running because it automatically senses that. But aside from tracking your activities, what I love about this wearable device is that it can monitor your heart rate continuously. You can check the Nokia Health Mate app to monitor your heart rate and have a deeper understanding of your heart rate zones depending on what activity you’re doing.
Of course, it also tracks your steps, distance, calories, and sleep.
