Holiday Loungewear Outfit

Today at STYLEanthropy, I want to show you my typical holiday loungewear outfit – because don’t you wanna look festive and fabulous on Christmas morning? I know I do – especially because Christmas Day is my actual birthday. I love waking up early in the morning or staying up late to open gifts. I like to have a birthday pajama or loungewear because I wanna feel cozy and comfy while I sit on the floor, by the Christmas tree, ripping open my presents! That’s why I make sure my Christmas – slash – birthday – slash holiday loungewear is still cute, festive, fun and birthday celebrant-worthy!

I’m pretty sure that most of you look forward to Christmas pajamas or holiday loungewear too. After all, I’m not the only one opening presents on Christmas eve or morning. I share the festivities with everyone else opening up their Christmas gifts too! Let me share with you this holiday loungewear outfit to inspire your Christmas eve or morning look.

Above is the Juniper slipper from Vionic Shoes. You guys, I couldn’t be any happier and excited about a pair of slippers! First of all, you know I’ve been wearing a lot of red plaid shirts lately. Case in point: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. So it’s pretty safe to say I’m in love with the print of this slippers. Side note, if you’re not up for plaid, they also come in black, chestnut, and a fun leopard print.

But guys, red plaid has somehow become a popular holiday print. The red combined with the green, yellow and white hues scream holiday colors. There’s nothing more festive than this. Even better is how comfortable the slipper is. The faux fur gives the feet warmth during the cold weather season. Plus, it comes with the same Orthaheel technology as the other Vionic Shoes. It’s got a biomechanic orthotic footbed that naturally aligns your feet and may help to relieve heel pain by reducing over-pronation. So not only is this a perfect Holiday slipper, it actually has health benefits!

Because of the benefits, it’s actually a great holiday gift to give as well. If you know someone who has heel pain issues, needs footwear that supports natural alignment and something that’s podiatrist-approved, check out Vionic Shoes. This would also be a great holiday gift for mom, grandma, a pregnant friend or just about anyone who likes cute and cozy footwear!

As for the pajama set that I’m wearing, I went with another plaid print but in buffalo check. Since it’s gray and white, I don’t mind clashing the two prints together. It’s actually more fun! You can grab it here and it also comes in other prints and colors too, if you wanna find something that matches the slippers perfectly!

PS. See the white and gold monogram mug on my bedside table? The popular and sought-after limited edition golden monogram mugs are back. Make sure to grab them now while they are in stock! It’s perfect for your hot coco and coffee recipes this coming winter!

Thanks to Vionic Shoes for sending this pair of Juniper Slippers! I really love them. I actually haven’t really worn them yet except for this shoot. I want to keep them in brand new condition until I wear them on my birthday / Christmas Eve. Hah! It will be one of the boxes I’ll open on Christmas Eve to wear right away… if I can resist the temptation.
