Bell Sleeves and Flamingos

Today at STYLEanthropy, I’m sharing this look featuring bell sleeves and flamingos! I’ve found a new love in the form of bell sleeves. Don’t worry, off-shoulder trend, you’re still in my heart! It’s just that lately, I’ve been drawn to these wide sleeves. Case in point, this dress and this top.

The easy breezy sleeves are so dramatic. I love how it flows while you move. At the same time, the wide opening in the sleeves lets the air flow. So you can still feel cool even in the hot season.

Check out some of the bell-sleeved tops and dresses I’ve found at my favorite shops online:

Another thing I love about this dress? The criss cross back! With lace-ups seen everywhere right now, this criss cross back is a similar look but a different take! My problem with lace up ties in the front of tops and dresses is that they are usually too low for my taste. With a back tie version instead, I feel more comfortable wearing the trend. What do you think?

In other news, how cute is this Kate Spade flamingo bag? I was going to post this outfit last week to let you know it’s one of the bags I’m selling on my Poshmark closet. But… it sold out in less than 24 hours! Yay!

WEARING: Minkpink dress (similar); Tory Burch mules; Kate Spade flamingo bag; Aldo sunglasses; Kate Spade stud earrings; Gorjana bracelets; Hermes H bangle; Love bangle c/o The Peach Box, Michael Kors buckle bangle; Alexis Bittar ring via Rachel Zoe Box of Style.

How about you, lovelies? Do you love bell sleeves too? Is it too 70s for you, or are you willing to wear the trend?
